Because of her advocacy for and, support of, Rockland County’s youth – on Saturday, November 2nd Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rockland County’s Chief Executive Officer, Gillian E. Ballard, will be honored by the Rockland County Police Hispanic Society.

The celebration marks the RCPHS’ 24th Annual Dinner/Dance Fundraiser and takes place at the Town & Country Caterers located at 922 Route 9W in Congers, NY from 7:30pm to 12:30am. Come celebrate Gillian with us!
