Receiving a proclamation honoring the mission of BBBS

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rockland County closed out the month of November with its CEO, Gillian Ballard, receiving a proclamation honoring the mission of BBBS, from Clarkstown Supervisor, The Hon. George Hoehmann.
