At the beginning of this month, Saturday, November 2, because of her service to the Rockland community helping to support and nurture our youth, Gillian Ballard, CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rockland County, was honored by the Rockland County Police Hispanic Society at their 24th Annual Dinner/Dance Fundraiser.
